Position Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with clients, and promoting Royal Alwaha's large-format printing and branding solutions. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of UV and Eco Solvent printing applications, signage products, and the advertising industry.

This is a target-driven role that requires excellent communication, business development, and customer relationship management skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within Riyadh and surrounding areas.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, site visits, and market research.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Sales & Client Management
  • Meet prospective clients and understand their branding, signage, and printing requirements.
  • Present suitable solutions and prepare commercial proposals.
  • Negotiate pricing and project scope while maintaining company profitability.
  • Follow up on quotations and convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.


Product Promotion

  • Promote and sell:

  • Eco Solvent Printing Solutions
  • Indoor & Outdoor Signage
  • Vehicle Branding & Graphics
  • Retail Branding Solutions
  • Exhibition & Event Graphics
  • Wall Graphics & Window Graphics
  • Banners, Flex, Vinyl & Related Printing Products


Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure successful project execution.

Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities within the company system.

Provide regular sales forecasts and activity reports.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

The Sales Executive will be evaluated based on:

  • Achievement of monthly sales targets.
  • Number of new clients acquired.
  • Sales conversion rate.
  • Customer retention and repeat business.
  • Timely collection and follow-up of customer payments.
  • Accuracy and consistency of sales reporting.


Required Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in Large Format Printing, Signage, Advertising, Branding, or a related industry.
  • Valid Saudi Driving License.
  • Transferable Iqama.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing network within Riyadh's corporate, retail, construction, real estate, hospitality, or advertising sectors.
  • Knowledge of large-format printing materials, production processes, and applications.
  • Own vehicle (company vehicle may be provided when required).
