Position Summary
The Sales Executive – LED Display Solutions will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting a wide range of LED display products and solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding Royal Alwaha's presence in the rapidly growing digital display market.
This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong sales skills, technical understanding of LED display technologies, and the ability to manage project-based sales opportunities from initial contact through project completion.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities across Riyadh and surrounding regions.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, site visits, and market research.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
Sales & Client Management
- Meet with clients to understand project requirements and business objectives.
- Present suitable LED display solutions based on customer needs and application requirements.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual terms while maintaining company profitability.
- Follow up on sales opportunities and close new business.
Product & Solution Sales
Promote and sell:
- Indoor LED Displays
- Outdoor LED Displays
- LED Video Walls
- Digital Billboards
- Event & Rental LED Screens
- Corporate Display Solutions
- Retail LED Display Solutions
- Control Systems & Supporting Hardware
- Customized LED Display Projects
Project Coordination
- Conduct site visits and gather project requirements.
- Coordinate with technical, procurement, installation, and project teams.
- Ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Support clients throughout the sales and implementation process.
Market Development
- Develop relationships with contractors, consultants, event management companies, advertising agencies, retail groups, hospitality businesses, educational institutions, corporate organizations, and government entities.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Identify emerging opportunities within the digital display industry.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Performance will be evaluated based on:
- Monthly and annual sales target achievement.
- New customer acquisition.
- Project conversion rate.
- Revenue generated.
- Customer retention and repeat business.
- Accuracy of sales forecasting and reporting.
- Collection and follow-up of customer payments.
Required Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in LED Displays, Digital Signage, AV Solutions, Commercial Displays, Electronics, Technology Solutions, or related industries.
- Valid Saudi Driving License.
- Transferable Iqama.
- Ability to independently manage a sales territory and achieve targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with project-based B2B sales.
- Understanding of LED display technologies, applications, and industry terminology.
- Existing network within advertising, retail, construction, hospitality, events, corporate, or government sectors.
- Own vehicle preferred (company vehicle may be provided if required).
Technical Knowledge (Preferred)
Candidates with knowledge of the following will have an advantage:
