We are seeking a highly driven, field-oriented Sales Executive to aggressively generate new business in the Signage Advertising sector. This role is built for a results-driven professional capable of not only meeting but exceeding ambitious revenue targets and contributing directly to our market revolution.
🔑 Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Pioneering New Business: Strategically identify and generate new business prospects for our specialized signage advertising products through consistent and targeted field visits.
- Target Achievement: Execute against a high-performance sales structure:
- Financial Management: Ensure the proper and timely collection of payments from assigned accounts, contributing to a healthy Order-to-Cash cycle.
- Strategic Planning & Reporting: Prepare detailed Weekly and Monthly Sales Plans in advance. Complete required Daily Activity Reports detailing work done, utilizing afternoon/evening office hours for administrative tasks to maximize field time.
- Client & Dealer Acquisition: Focus on the critical task of New Dealer Acquisition, driving initial sales orders to earn significant acquisition incentives.
- Professional Representation: Adhere strictly to the professional executive dress code and maintain company assets (vehicle, communication devices) in perfect working order.

💰 Compensation & Support Package
- Starting Salary: 3,500 SAR.
- Salary Advancement: Permanent increase to 4,000 SAR upon achieving the 200,000 SAR target for two consecutive months.
- Exceptional Incentives: Highly competitive incentive structure (up to 4% on sales exceeding 400k) applied exclusively to Own-Branded Products.
