Odoo ERP Sales Executive

Position Summary

The Odoo ERP Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting prospective business clients into Odoo ERP customers. The role demands a confident individual who can communicate professionally with business owners, finance managers, and C-level decision-makers — understanding their operational pain points and demonstrating how Odoo ERP can solve them effectively.


This position is ideal for a fresh graduate or early-career professional with a passion for technology sales, business development, and client relationship management. Full product training on Odoo ERP will be provided.


Key Duties & Responsibilities


1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify and research potential business clients across Saudi Arabia through online research, LinkedIn, directories, and referrals.

Generate new leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking activities.

Qualify leads by assessing their business size, current systems, pain points, and readiness to adopt an ERP solution.

Build and maintain a healthy and active pipeline of prospective clients at all times.

2. Client Engagement & Sales Presentations

Initiate first contact with potential clients and introduce Royal Alwaha's Odoo ERP solutions in a clear, professional, and compelling manner.

Schedule and conduct product discovery calls, online demonstrations, and on-site meetings with decision-makers.

Understand each client's specific business requirements and tailor the Odoo ERP value proposition accordingly.

Handle client objections confidently and professionally, providing well-informed responses that build trust and credibility.

3. Sales Pipeline Management

Manage the complete sales cycle from initial prospecting through to proposal, negotiation, and closing.

Record and maintain all client interactions, follow-ups, and deal stages accurately in the CRM system (Odoo CRM).

Ensure timely follow-ups on all open leads and opportunities to avoid pipeline stagnation.

Provide accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts and pipeline reports to the General Manager on a weekly and monthly basis.

4. Proposal & Quotation Development

Collaborate closely with the technical and functional teams to understand the scope of client requirements.

Assist in preparing professional proposals, solution presentations, and commercial quotations aligned with client needs and company pricing policies.

Ensure all proposals are delivered to clients within agreed timelines and are followed up promptly.

5. Client Relationship Management

Build and nurture long-term professional relationships with existing and potential clients.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the pre-sales and sales stages.

Ensure a smooth and professional client experience from the first touchpoint through to contract signing.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are clearly communicated and managed.

6. Market Research & Competitive Intelligence

Stay informed about the latest Odoo ERP features, modules, updates, and industry trends.

Monitor competitor activity and market developments in the Saudi ERP landscape.

Identify new industries, verticals, and market segments where Odoo ERP can add value.

Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, client sentiments, and competitive positioning.

7. Target Achievement & Reporting

Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.

Maintain a high level of activity — calls made, meetings held, proposals sent, and deals closed.

Submit regular performance reports including lead conversion rates, pipeline status, and closed deals.

Actively participate in team meetings, sales reviews, and training sessions.

8. Collaboration & Coordination

Work closely with the Odoo functional and technical teams to ensure accurate scoping and solution design for client proposals.

Coordinate with the finance team for invoicing, payment follow-ups, and contract documentation.

Liaise with the management team on pricing approvals, contract terms, and client negotiations when required.


Required Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.

0–1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role. Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with business professionals and decision-makers.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using digital tools and CRM platforms.

Valid residency and work authorization in Saudi Arabia.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)

Prior experience or exposure to ERP systems, CRM platforms, or business software sales.

Familiarity with Odoo ERP modules (Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, HR, etc.).

Prior experience in B2B sales, IT solutions, or SaaS sales environments.

Knowledge of the Saudi business landscape and key industries such as trading, retail, manufacturing, contracting, or services.

Work Environment


This is a full-time, on-site role based in Saudi Arabia. The position may involve client visits, meetings, and occasional travel within the Kingdom as required by business needs.
